Colour is evolving into a deep red. This savoury Cabernet with leatheriness and black olives surrounds the cherries, mellow red fruits and boiled beetroot of the Merlot. A combination of chocolate, violets, wild berries and vanilla spice on the nose. A very well balanced, full-bodied wine with a long after – palate feel.
