Bryan MacRobert is a young winemaker from the Swartland Wine Region in the Western Cape in South Africa. He works as a wine maker in the Swartland, South Africa and in La Rioja in Spain producing his own brands. He works as a consultant to cellars in both regions. Bryan’s philosophy is to produce wines that are unique and capture the consumer. During the production process, he works with the vineyard managers as closely as possible to maintain quality and consistency. Bryan works closely to nature in the vineyard and cellar trying to add and manipulate as little as possible. Waste is kept to a minimum throughout the production process. Bryan’s wines have been receiving worldwide acclaim since he started making his own labels.
