Description

Castello d'Albola Chianti Classico is born in vineyards in the municipality of Radda in Chianti, in the province of Siena.

It is made mainly from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place under maceration in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

This Chianti Classico is characterized by a ruby red color that tends to garnet. The nose opens with a fine and delicate bouquet with floral violet notes. The palate is dry and harmonious, with a good structure and velvety fabric.

Perfect with delicious first courses, ideal in combination with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
