Vinification and ageing
The grapes are picked by hand and then undergo a soft pressing. The vinification process requires delicate handling of the grapes in order to preserve - as much as possible - the fruitiness and varietal perfumes of the Malvasia variety.
Deepish straw-yellow with golden reflections.
Appealingly aromatic, with delicate scents of acacia flowers. Flavour Fresh and lively, with fruity and almondy nuances.
Serve at 8° - 10° C. (46° - 50° F.)
Excellent with cold cuts, particularly coppa, raw ham and pancetta. It makes a delicious aperitif or an outstanding accompaniment for a meal or snack.
