Description
The Holden Manz Rosé is light and crisp. In the style of a rosé from Provence, it contains, among others, the typical grape varieties Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. The color is reminiscent of light onion skin. On the nose there is a lot of lychees, strawberry and various tropical fruits. Also notes of rose petals, orange peel and grapefruit. On the palate, Holden Manz Rosé is delightfully fruity and refreshingly dry. Aromas of raspberry, pineapple and lavender complement this summer wine. Solid but subtle acidity provides a creamy long finish.
Pairs beautifully with sushi, lightly smoked salmon with creme fraiche or beet salad.
