Description
An icon among the best South African Chenin Blancs - a wine that changes the world. The Ken Forrester FMC Chenin Blanc was designed to indelibly mark Cape Chenins on the world map. A full-bodied, bold wine with a full range of flavors from dried apricot, vanilla and honey.
The grapes were hand-picked and sorted at optimal ripeness, after which the fermentation process took place in the cellar using only naturally occurring "wild" yeast in 400 liter French oak barrels. The wine was aged in French oak for another 12 months after the completion of fermentation.
