Description
This unique KO-fermented wine is only possible because Merlot and Syrah rarely ripen at the same time on Holden Manz Farm in Franschhoek.
The individual varieties were hand-picked by the cellarmaster and then sorted in the same way, so that only the optimally ripe berries could be used for this wine.
Only 1795 bottles were produced, so this wine is a true rarity. Its complete and balanced structure ensures excellent aging potential for easily over 20 years.
