Description
If we're honest, it's actually far too warm in South Africa to bottle world-class Merlot. But what David makes of this classic grape variety with the help of his cool hillside vineyards should definitely be tasted. Best paired with a nice cut of meat with smoky barbecue sauce. Hand harvested, sorted, pressed, filled and labeled!
