Description
This still dry red wine is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Syrah grapes. The grapes are picked at the optimum degree of ripeness. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature on the skins to enhance the extraction of aromas.
This blend glows ruby red in the glass with violet hues. A complex nose with aromas of violets, herbs and ripe red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. A soft and round wine with a good structure, a fresh, spicy aroma and a long finish.
Pairs well with pasta dishes, red meats and aged cheeses.
