Description
WHY NOT? is successful red wine made from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes harvested by hand. The wine undergoes a traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins to improve color and aroma extraction. The wine aged for about 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
This blend glows ruby red with orange tones in the glass. A lovely fruity bouquet on the nose with notes of ripe fruit and cherries and hints of tobacco. Good balance on the palate with subtle tannins and cherries on the finish.
The wine is excellent with soup, red meat and cheese.
